1. Services & Global Sourcing

Auto Magnus acts as a premier international vehicle sourcing and logistics coordination desk. We facilitate the procurement, documentation, and container shipping of luxury motor vehicles from ex-stock inventories or global partner networks. All vehicle descriptions, specifications, and availability details are subject to final confirmation upon formal inquiry and contract execution.

2. Pricing, Deposits & Payments

Vehicle quotations are provided based on agreed international shipping terms (such as FOB or CIF). Sourcing deposits and commercial payments must be submitted strictly through authorized corporate banking channels as outlined in individual proforma invoices. Deposits securing specific vehicle allocations are non-refundable once international transit or export processing has commenced.

3. Shipping, Import Regulations & Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local motor vehicle import laws, emissions standards, customs duties, and value-added taxes (VAT) applicable in their destination country. While Auto Magnus provides white-glove logistics coordination and export documentation, we are not liable for customs clearance delays or regulatory restrictions imposed by destination authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Auto Magnus shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from international shipping transits, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks beyond our direct operational control.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
